Seven Weeks

Felix has been hanging out with us for seven weeks. We're getting used to him. And by we, I mean Sebastien. The big people have been pretty happy to have him here from day 1.

Though I wouldn't say thrilled just yet...

He is, however, thrilled with his new workin'manshovel. Oh yes. He even brought it to the marina.

Felix brought his favourite new blanket. It's our new go-to blankie.

In other news, Sebastien is trying out his Pollock-style art, with mud and a brush. These days he's having a quick shower before we can even let him get in the tub.

And then, once he's in the tub, he does weird things with his appendages.
I had no idea he could do this.

I also had no idea Felix could sit in the Bumbo already. But he's clearly way too young, so we won't do that again for a while. We need to enjoy his newborness for a while longer.

And we're definitely enjoying his smiles.

In other news, Sebastien is currently obsessed with his goat and horse. They can drive dump trucks, these two. Pretty amazing.

Ahhhhh....summer.
